I’m Marie — a Senior Product Designer from Germany, based in Lisbon.

I help B2B SaaS and AI startups turn first ideas into scalable products. Over the last 5+ years I’ve led 0→1 product design, shipped MVPs and supported product teams. My background spans startup environments, so I’m comfortable making pragmatic decisions, moving fast and keeping an eye on impact and feasibility.
